- Applicants must have valid English proficiency scores. The candidate must have IELTS (6.5+) or TOEFL (550+ PBT/ 79+ iBT) score for English proficiency.
- Postgraduate applicants must have at least two years of professional experience in a related field.
- The ideal candidate must also be development-oriented and committed to developing his home country.
