Moreover, Dansuleka Group of companies established business of entrepreneurship and skills development, merchandise Agents, Travels and Tours, Tradecraft and confectionery business, leather hide skin etc. Dansuleka Group of companies is seeking for the following positions:

General Manager:

Job Description: The general manager would be responsible for all or part of a department's operations or the company's operations, including generating revenue and controlling costs. The general manager will also be responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company’s overall operations.

Responsibilities

· Design strategy and set goals for growth

· Control budgets and optimize expenses

· Ensure employees are motivated and productive

· Oversee day-to-day operations

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role

Experience in planning and budgeting

Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)

Strong analytical ability

Excellent communication skills

Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

Problem-solving aptitude

BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus

Tourism Manager:

Job Description: A tourism manager would be responsible for procuring sales of tourist packages and arranging tour packages for our clients. He must to be able to develop outstanding sales skills to attract the people to pay for exciting vacations around the world.

Responsibilities

preparing tourist or visitor information

Visa facilitation and follow up

Providing support, guidance and sometimes administering funding for local tourism-related business and advising new tourism businesses

Consulting with local tourism businesses such as tour operators, restaurants and guest-houses, to assess the effectiveness of current tourism development policies and to develop an overall tourism development strategy.

Requirements and skills

Work experience as an Tourism officer

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Ability to liaise with community groups, stakeholders and the tourism industry

High level of skills in the production of information and communication material

Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of visitor needs and of the tourism industry

Ability to work independently, within large teams or to lead a team, both cohesively and efficiently

Strong management, administrative, organizational and project management ability

Creativity and innovative strategic thinking along with good PR and marketing skills.

BSc/BA in Travel and tourism management, or Hospitality management or Business/management studies especially those with tourism management or Hospitality management or Travel and tourism management or Business Administration

Mining manager

Job Description: Mining manager would plan, direct, and coordinate the production activities of mining, quarrying and natural resources extraction operations.

Responsibilities

· conferring with other managers to set production quotas, plan extraction sites and develop policies for the removal of raw materials

· evaluating efficiency of production sites to determine adequacy of personnel, equipment and technologies used, and make changes to work schedule or equipment when necessary

· planning details of production activities in terms of output quality and quantity, cost, time available and labour requirements

· controlling the operation of plant and quality procedures through planning of maintenance, designation of operating hours and supply of equipment

· establishing and managing budgets, monitoring production output and costs, and adjusting processes and resources to minimize costs

· overseeing the acquisition and installation of new plant and equipment

· controlling the preparation of production records and reports

· coordinating the implementation of health and safety requirements

· researching and implementing regulatory and statutory requirements affecting mineral extraction operations and the environment

· Overseeing the selection, training and performance of staff.

Requirements and skills

Work experience as an mining officer

BSc/B.En,/ B.Tech in mining engineering or geology

Accountant

Job Description: An accountant would help businesses make critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company’s finances.

Responsibilities

Manage all accounting transactions

Prepare budget forecasts

Publish financial statements in time

Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Ensure timely bank payments

Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

Audit financial transactions and documents

Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements and skills

Work experience as an Accountant

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks

Advanced MS Excel skills

Experience with general ledger functions

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

Additional certification is a plus
