Very important update from inec regarding its new laws

 

“The Election Monitoring and Support Centre is a planning, monitoring, implementation and Electoral Early Warning System deployed by the Commission (INEC) to plan, implement and monitor electoral activities in real time through a coordinated and proactive approach. 

“It is designed to monitor and track key election events, activities, functions and processes on the basis of specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and timelines. 

“It was activated and piloted in July and September 2018 for the Ekiti and Osun State Governorship Elections. Since then, the EMSC has become a critical instrument in the successful conduct and management of all elections, including the 2019 and 2023 General Elections and all other off-cycle governorship and bye elections.”

 The Kogi Governorship Election is scheduled for 11th November 2023.
