Today, we proudly welcome a fresh batch of Graduate Trainees into the Dangote Graduate Trainee Programme. The induction provided an in-depth understanding of Dangote's diversified business portfolio with a net worth exceeding $20 billion, which will contribute approximately $16 billion in foreign exchange to our nation, and has generated a collective 250,000 jobs, actively combating youth unemployment—a vision championed by our Group President and CEO, Aliko Dangote.
The training also underscored our core values: Customer Service, Entrepreneurship, Excellence, and Leadership.
