In an effort to improve birth registration rates in Nigeria, the NPC, the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), and UNICEF have launched an e-recruitment initiative. This initiative aims to recruit ad hoc birth registrars to register births in 22 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
