Debited for a failed card transaction? Follow these simple steps to get a reversal.
Note: Please allow 8-10 working days for resolution.
The simple way to logged your dispense error when it happens is that, Just go to your gtbank application or popularly known as GTWorld.
Go to your gtbank application (GTWorld)
Sign into GTWorld
Go to the cards and click on it
Click on dispense error
Select the date and proceed.
Normally dispense error is reversing withing 24 hours but if it fails to reverse withing that period you can visit your app and log the case respectively. Don't forget with the reference numbers.
